Judge Debra Nelson made the statement in court today, the fourth day of jury selection. Six jurors and four alternates will hear the high-profile case.
Zimmerman claims he was acting in self-defense when he shot unarmed 17 year old Trayvon Martin on the night of Feb. 26, 2012. He is accused of second-degree murder and has pled not guilty.
