With most of the state funds going towards investing in the prison system it seems as if prison is the expectation.

ing to Chris Williams of Ebony.com, a lot of the funding the could rejuvenate the public school system and help the community end up going towards the prison system. Over the last ten years, $5.3 billion dollars in state taxes have gone towards helping incarcerate many in the community.
