Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was indicted on Thursday (February 28) on charges of Homicide by Vessel, Serious Injury by Vessel as well as Reckless Operation of a Vessel.
According to MTV, Hubbard was a friend of the Foster family – and was not immediately charged. But now, he has been charged. Hubbard allegedly ran over Usher’s step son, Kile Glover, with a Jet Ski, while Kile and a friend were floating in an inner tube in Lake Lanier.
