Camera and Multimedia: The Droid X bests the iPhone’s five megapixel camera with its (gasp!) 8 megapixels and HDMI-outport, which will allow the Droid to be used as a multimedia server with the ability to capture 720 pixel video and display on an HDTV. The Droid might take the cake in this area but the iPhone 4 packs a punch with its front-facing camera that enables video chat.more
Screen display: The Droid X’s screen is more than an inch larger than the iPhone 4's. But the downside is that those looking for more compact phones may be turned off by its bigger size. Data and Online: Droid X and the iPhone 4 are Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth equipped. The Droid boasts mobile hotspot for up to five devices for an extra $20 a month.
Storage: The Droid X comes with 8GB of built-in storage and a 16GB microSD card. Since the Droid can support up 32GB microSD cards that gives users a potential amount of storage of up to 40 GB. The iPhone 4 comes 16GB and 32 GB.more
Price: The Droid X is slated to come out July 15 retailing at $199 (after a $100 rebate). Data will cost an additional $29.99. The iPhone 4 16GB and 32GB retail for $199 and $299, respectively, and data plans start at $15 for 200 MB of data and $25 for 2 GB, plus an additional charge for tethering.more
