“Diff’rent Strokes” Star Conrad Bain Dead at 89

TMZ is reporting that actor Conrad Bain – most famously known for his role as Phillip Drummond on “Diff’rent Strokes” – has died at the age of 89.

While details of his death are unclear, Bain passed away in Livemore, California. He was 89 years old.

TMZ spoke with his daughter, Jennifer, who told the site, “He was an amazing person. He was a lot like Mr. Drummond, but much more interesting in real life. He was an amazing father.”
