Michael T. Holmes Named New COO at INROADS

INROADS, Inc., a national nonprofit that provides salaried corporate internships for undergraduates of color has appointed Michael T. Holmes as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, the INROADS Intern program maintains local offices throughout the United States and and boasts that 92% of its interns receive full-time employment at one of its sponsoring companies

Most recently, Holmes served as Director of Global Talent Acquisition for Terex Corporation,  Director, Strategic Talent Management & Global Diversity for Pitney Bowes, and Vice President, Diversity Sourcing Manager for Citi Group.

“Michael has a strong commitment to development and a deep understanding of the INROADS process, and I am very confident about the leadership and operational acumen he will deliver to INROADS’ mission and strategies,” Forest Harper, President and CEO of INROADS, Inc. said in a statement.
