Lawrence Taylor Now a Registered Sex Offender

Retired New York Giants Hall of Fame linebacker Lawrence Taylor was sentenced yesterday for having sex with a 16-year-old prostitute, Christina Fierro, at a Rockland County Holiday Inn in 2010. Taylor paid the teen’s pimp $300.

The NY Post reports that Taylor says

that the sex with the minor was consensual. He pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors – sexual misconduct and patronizing a prostitute. He was sentenced to six years probation and his name will be added to the national sex-offenders registry.

Fierro, who is now 19 and married, is suing Taylor for an unspecified amount.
