Johnson will soon be finishing his batterer’s intervention program at which point he will ask the judge to terminate his probation and lift the no-contact order with his ex-wife.
Evelyn would have to petition for a civil restraining order if she wants Chad to continue to stay away. But her friends are saying that she doesn’t plan to petition for one – not because she wants to see Chad again, but because she just wants to “move on.”
