Damon Dash Ordered to Pay 2006 Loan Over Roc-A-Wear Clothing Line

Hip-hop businessman Damon Dash has been ordered to pay $330,000 to a former business partner who accused him of defaulting on a 2006 loan, EURweb reports.

Tom Nastos, who distributed the Rocawear

clothing line the star launched with Shawn “Jay Z” Carter, claims he loaned Dame $240,000 seven years ago. When he failed to make payments in a timely manner, Nastos filed suit in New York.

Nastos was awarded a default judgment plus an additional $90,000 in interest.
