Top 20 Black Enterprise Stories of 2015

While the end of a year is a great time to make plans and goals for the upcoming year, it is also the perfect time to reflect on events and accomplishments of the past year.

2015 was a remarkable year for us at Black Enterprise. We kicked off our first Tech ConneXt Summit in Silicon Valley, celebrated 10 years of empowering women with our annual Women of Power Summit, and marked 20 years of grooming entrepreneurs and businessmen and women with our annual Entrepreneurs Summit. We also partnered with the American Black Film Festival for their annual event in June, hosted the African American Festival in Baltimore, and had our annual Golf & Tennis Challenge in Florida.

But outside of 2015 being a great year for our events, our readers have helped us to be the leaders in delivering dynamic content pertaining to black business, careers, and wealth-building for African Americans. From Grant Hill purchasing the Atlanta Hawks to black farmers being shut out of the marijuana business to Gloria Steinem's declaration that black women invented the feminist movement, here are BlackEnterprise.com's top 20 stories of 2015.
