1.Create a vision without negative thoughts or limits: Figure out what you are passionate about. Think about what motivates you or what you dream about doing. Write those things down, examine what they are, and visualize it, Wylie says. Do some research on the things that you're passionate about. Look for mentors in the industry or area you're interested in, and take on internships or projects that will allow you to discover what’s a good fit for you. This is the time to formulate ideas and get to know where your skills are and what's feasible.more

4. Be public. Market yourself. People must know what you offer. What separates you from everyone else? Why are you different from the next candidate? Understand your strengths and weaknesses. Think of yourself as a brand, a company. more
