Urban Entrepreneurs Win $125,000 In Business Grants
Four small businesses earned $125,000 in business grants by winning the 12th Annual MillerCoors Urban Enterprise Series (MUES) Business Plan Competition. The businesses were honored at a winners reception at MillerCoors headquarters in Chicago on March 9, featuring a keynote address from FUBU Founder and ABC-TV business reality show Shark Tank star Daymond John.

The top winner of the MUES business plan competition, earning a grant of $50,000, is Ola Ayeni. His business, Bolingbrook, Illinois-based Dining Dialog, helps food and beverage companies increase revenues through a mix of customer acquisition and retention marketing programs.more
Roberto Torres and Luis Montanez, co-owners of Black and Denim, an apparel company based in Tampa, Florida, earned a $25,000 grant.more

Jamein Sills, winner of a $25,000 grant, is an owner of Neimaj, a Memphis-based safety and eco-friendly footwear business.
