Music Business Association President James Donio presented music executive Sylvia Rhone with the association’s Presidential Award for Sustained Executive Achievement yesterday during the opening breakfast of the Music Biz 2014 conference. The event took place at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles.
This is the first time the award was presented to a female executive. Former recipients include such esteemed executives as Clive Davis, Dick Clark, Casey Kasem, and Don Cornelius.
